It was the first cheese in Spain made from raw sheep's milk with a maturation of less than 60 days. A cheese that catapulted Granja Cantagrullas to fame, turning it into the cheese factory that turned the world of cheese upside down in our country. With an interesting peniciliun bark that develops naturally.

It has a surprising aroma of sheep's milk and a creamy consistency comparable to that of thick cream. Its flavor is sweet and velvety, with slight nuances of acidity. Its tuning lasts between 18 and 35 days. It is, without a doubt, one of the most personal cheeses of this cheese factory. If it is important to consume all the cheeses at room temperature, this is essential if you want to reach the full range of nuances that it displays.
