CHARACTERISTICS: Its main ingredient is DOP Torta del Casar and mixed with Merina sheep cream. Exquisite flavor and is highly recommended for appetizers and to pair with Iberian meats such as sirloin, feather, the secret.

The Torta del Casar is made with raw milk from churra and merino sheep and curds with wild thistle (Cynara Cardunculus) between 25 and 35 ° C for a time of about 60 minutes. Once the milk is curdled, the curd is put into molds for 8 hours. Then it is salted and left to mature for about 60 days at 4 to 12 degrees of temperature and about 80 degrees of humidity.
