IN WHAT MINT ARE THE PRICES INDICATED?

The prices of all our products, as well as those of the transport are indicated in EUROS.

IN WHAT MINT WILL THEY RECEIVE THE ORDERS FROM THEMSELVES?

All the orders realized in you Germinating will recover in EUROS and, it will be the bank of the client who applies the change of corresponding currency, any time it is a currency different from the EURO from the used one for paying the realized order.

IS HE VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES OF FEEDING GOURMET?

All our products and transport have the VAT included.

IS THE TRANSPORT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL INVOICE OF THE ORDER?

The prices of our products and the postage and packing are reflected separately.

The price of the transport will be free and it will be included when 100.00 € of minimal order excel themselves in the basket.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OR TARIFF OF MAILING?

The price of the mailing goes from 5.95 € VAT included, depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

WHO REALIZES THE TRANSPORT OF MY ORDER?

The transport of all our orders is done by companies specializing in transport of goods.

In you Germinating we work with SEUR and GLS. We select a company or other one depending on the weight and destination.

DOES ANY LIMITATION OF WEIGHT EXIST FOR MY ORDER?

There is no limitation for the weight of its order.

DOES ANY LIMITATION OF ORDERS EXIST FOR CLIENT?

No limitation exists in the number of orders.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

All the orders will be sent packed correctly and protected from the light and from blows, to guarantee its maximum quality and physical integrity.

WHERE CAN ORDER BE SENT MY?

The orders are sent to the direction facilitated by the client, we recommend to facilitate the delivery direction where there is someone to receive the goods. They are not sent asked to post-office boxes.

In you Germinating we work on a global scale, send its order to any part of the world.

MIGHT HE SEND MY ORDER TO A DIRECTION DIFFERENT FROM MINE?

The orders will be sent to the direction that the client indicates us, it is already proper or different.

WHAT HAPPENS YES IN THE DIRECTION AND MOMENT OF DELIVERY THERE IS NOBODY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The company of transports will leave a notice / note to agree a new delivery of its order.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ORDERS?

For orders inside Spain the delivery time will be of between 24 and 48 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT COMES SPOILED OR IN POOR CONDITION?

In you Germinating we recommend always to verify the order at the moment of the delivery. You to germinate will assume all the additional expenses of transport that could be generated, any time the product has not been used, altered or manipulated. In these cases, please, get in touch across calidad@germinarte.es within a period of 2 days maximum from the reception of the order, indicating clearly which has been the problem and the reason of its return.

We do not accept any return or change if previously we have not received its notification. You to germinate will send to him a new product or will reimburse the corresponding amount.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CONTENT OF THE BUNDLE IS INCORRECT?

If the products content in its bundle does not correspond with the realized order, we will send to him the correct products or will reimburse the corresponding amount. You to germinate will assume the additional postage and packing that could be generated.

HOW ARE THE PERSONAL DETAILS OF OUR CLIENTS TREATED IN FEEDING GOURMET?

In fulfillment of the established in the protection Law of Information, Constitutional law 15/99 of December 13, the client of you Germinating will be able at all times, to exercise its right of access, rectification and cancellation of its information.

In no case we will sell or share its personal details with third persons or companies.
