PEACH JAM "LA CARTUJA" 200 GRS.

The star of the breakfasts, especially combined with cheese, curd or ice cream is a delicious delicacy. It can also be used as an ingredient for making cakes such as the well-known yogurt with peach jam. Dulces la Cartuja de Altura peach jam follows the traditional production process in which the fruits are selected, peeled and crushed manually.

APRICOT JAM "LA CARTUJA" 200 GRS.

In the middle of the summer, when the fruits are at their right point of maturity, we make our apricot jam. Previously washed, the fruits are split and pitted to be lightly crushed. It is a jam with a soft acid touch, ideal to accompany a good breakfast or light dinner.

TOMATO JAM "LA CARTUJA" 200 GRS.

"La Cartuja de Val Cristo" tomato jam has been widely recognized as a gastronomic delicacy. Accompany yourself with cheese in salad or montaditos, foie gras or other combinations.

STRAWBERRY JAM "LA CARTUJA" 200 GRS.

Made from ripe strawberries, "La Cartuja de Altura" strawberry jam will make your breakfasts an experience that will make you want to get up every day. It is perhaps one of the fruits that preserve the most properties when consumed in the form of jam. It contains a high percentage of vitamin C, 100 grams cover the recommended daily amount. Thanks to this substance it has antioxidant effects, also strengthening the immune system.

CANDIED YUZU PEEL (50gr.)

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus that has notes of tangerine and yellow grapefruit. Its fruit resembles a small green lemon 5 to 8 cm in diameter. Its candied crusts are tasted like candies or combined with a fruit salad, a spiced bread or a cheese toast.

SUGAR COCONUT FLOWER (50gr.)

This sugar comes from the sap of coconut flowers. Use it in your desserts, pure, unheated, to fully appreciate its caramel aroma and its subtle coconut nut perfume.

AGAVE SYRUP (200gr.)

A natural sugar that comes from the Mexican Agave (or more commonly maguey), the sacred cactus of the Aztecs; It is low caloric, liquid, amber and tasty like honey. Use it to substitute sugar in all your desserts, in your yogurts or to break down meat and vegetables.

CANDIED IYOKAN PEEL (50gr.)

The Iyokan is a Japanese citrus similar to a small orange. Their cortices, when candied, release notes of tangerine and orange, slightly sweet and acidified. This product tastes like a treat. It is used as a topping on cakes, chocolate mousses and cocktails.

MUSCOVADO SUGAR (100 grs.)

Muscovado sugar comes from Mauritius, an unrefined cane sugar, with licorice perfumes and much wetter than ordinary sugar. It is an essential ingredient for many confectioners.
