One of the most used seeds for indoor cultivation and the most appreciated. It has beautiful burgundy leaves that provides eye-catching dishes. Its flavor is similar to beets and nuts. It has a high nutritional and vitamin content. It is used in lean meats, entrees and fish.
SCIENTIFIC NAME: Beta vulgaris.
CULTURE METHOD: Dip the ssemillas in water. In a bowl of about 5cm. high, with holes in the bottom, fill it with substrate and moisten. Spread the seeds leaving space between them, cover lightly with substrate and moisten. Keep moist, once it germinates, place the container in a place that gives it indirect sunlight.
GERMINATION: 7-10 days approx.
