If you do not inform us otherwise within 30 days, we understand that the data has not been modified, which undertakes to notify us of any variation and that we have the consent to use them in order to be able to maintain the relationship between the parties and to be able to send you advertising by e-mail.
1. PROCESS OF ORDERING.
To proceed to the purchase of our products through our online shop, it is indispensable to be registered in the same one and to enter all the obligatory data. The online shop is designed and directed to non-professional public, if you are a company contact us through our contact channels (email: email@example.com, Phone: 961044958 or Whatsapp: 675484738) to receive our form of work and professional rate.
There is no minimum purchase in the store, except in the promotion first order without shipping, that the minimum purchase will be 20 €.
Orders are received from Monday to Thursday. Because of our way of working and to keep the product as fresh as possible, we collect the products daily, we do not store stocks, so we collect orders until 11 o'clock, in order to provide our staff with the necessary time for the collection and packaging of all products. Any order made after 11 o'clock will be placed on the next business day. Orders placed later than Thursdays at 11 o'clock will be prepared the next Monday or working day in case that Monday is a public holiday.
Once you are in the process of choosing the carrier you will be able to choose either the cold service of our carrier or while you are in the province of Valencia, the system will offer you pick up in store. The store pick-up service is free of charge. If you choose to pick up at the store you should know that our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, within that time you can pick up your order at our facilities.
The shipping costs we will charge you are as follows:
· From 0€ to 80€ of purchase without VAT, 9€ of bills will be charged.
· Entre 80€ y 100€ de compra sin IVA, se cargarán 5 € de portes.
· From 100 € purchase without VAT the shipments will be free.
In the payment process to close the cart, you can choose from:
· Payment by bank transfer, whose order will remain pending until receipt of the same in our bank account. This process can take between 1 and 3 days, depending on banks.

The form of payment will be reflected in the invoice, in the conditions agreed between the Customer and GERMINARTE SL and must be respected. Invoices will be sent in all cases by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform and keep his email address up to date to receive invoices.
2. RECEIPT OF GOODS
It is essential that at the time of receipt of the goods it be indicated on the delivery note signed by the carrier, any incident that may occur in the condition of the package and is communicated to GERMINARTE SL via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package presents significant damages with which it is believed that the product could be affected, the package will be accepted, stating on the delivery note its condition and must be notified to GERMINARTE SL immediately, attaching photographs to the post email@example.com.
3. RETURN OF GOODS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLAIMS
The end user has the obligation to notify GERMINARTE SL about the intention to return the product by generating a return request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Rejection of the package at the time of delivery is not considered valid and sufficient.
The end user will bear the management and shipping costs for the return of the product in case of regret. The refund will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the acceptance of the refund.
Defective material at the moment of receipt of the same: If the material is defective a request for return must be made by sending an email to email@example.com . Once assigned a return number, you will receive by email the instructions to follow to proceed to solve the issue.
It is important to always accept the package even if after GERMINARTE proceeds to the full refund of the amount due. Since returning the parcel to the courier will incur unnecessary expenses, in case the goods arrive in bad condition it is preferable that you accept it, take pictures and throw it away once our quality department tells you.
4. PRICING POLICY AND TENDER VALIDITY
The offers of GERMINARTE SL have a term of validity indicated in their commercial mails, except end of stocks, that the promotion will no longer be valid. The prices are annual, there is usually no change during the current year except with exception.
5. ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIVE MAILING

8. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
The product is considered delivered when leaving the GERMINARTE SL warehouse. The deadlines for the delivery of the material are merely informative, not binding for GERMINARTE SL. Unless expressly agreed in writing with GERMINARTE SL, the Customer shall not be entitled to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of the consignments) in the event of a delay in the delivery of the product. The Customer may not refuse to pay the price of the products already delivered when the partial supply of an order by GERMINARTE SL takes place.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The liability of GERMINARTE SL in the sale transaction towards the buyer is limited to the amount of the invoice of the product sold and to that established by the applicable legislation on consumption.
