TASTING: marked salty taste.

PAIRING: cheese, sea bass, hake, egg, sea urchin roe, salmon, shrimp, mustard, arugula, broccoli, carrot, radish, pea, beans, tuna, cod, black olives, octopus, sea bass, zucchini, potato.

USE: wash before consuming. Directly in strawberry, in sauteed, as a bed for baked fish. It can be mixed with vanilla, with shrimps, with seafood in general to incorporate the vegetable note.
