We are proud to present three generations of the same family dedicated in body and soul to the cultivation of the olive tree and to the elaboration of a High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for hospitality. We are located on the banks of the Jabalón River, Granátula de Calatrava, in the province of Ciudad Real.
In the Martín family we have wanted to care for and maintain, with special affection, the traditional process of extracting Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The transmission of this knowledge has allowed us, the current generation, to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil whose organoleptic properties keep the quality standards intact, turning it into liquid gold with a high culinary richness.
We have four product ranges, Family, Eco, Monovarietals and Selection. Our family range commercializes Arbequina and Picual varieties cold-extracted and with very good physical, chemical and analytical characteristics. Perfect oil both for cooking and to accompany dishes. Our Organic range comes from our organic production that we have in Albacete. Excellent and early coupage. Our M ovarietals are the four varieties that we collect in early harvest. Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Cornicabra. Intense oils, with a large amount of polyphenols and spectacular aromas. Finally there is our Selection range where we find our jewel in the crown. EVOO picual early selected each year from the healthiest plots and where we believe that we will extract the best possible olive juice.
